Holmbury

Holmbury was a technically ambitious and creatively rewarding renovation. The client’s brief called for more space and better flow, which led us to excavate the kitchen floor to increase ceiling height and create a lighter, more spacious feel at the heart of the home.

Outside, the garden was reworked and levelled to create a usable and beautifully integrated outdoor area, perfect for entertaining and everyday living. Inside, we carried out a full renovation and reconfigured the layout — including moving the staircase — to improve circulation and make better use of the space.

Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from architectural changes down to the interior finishes. The result is a home that feels calm, open, and tailored to modern living, while still reflecting the character of the original property.
